What x-trades.live keeps about you, and why. We keep as little as the site needs.

What we keep

Your account: the email address and / or the Telegram id, username and name you signed up with or added later; the plan you chose; when the account was made, when its trial ends, until when it is paid and how (card or crypto - never the card or wallet details).

Your browser's time zone offset, so that reminders reach you in your daytime, and which account messages we sent you and when.

Your alert settings: the traders you follow or muted, the trades you watch, the events, coins, sides, quiet hours and daily limit you chose, and which alerts we sent you (kept 14 days).

Signing in: a session cookie ("xt_s") that keeps you signed in until 60 days after your last visit, for a Telegram sign-in a 10-minute cookie ("xt_tl"), and while you choose the plan of a new account a 30-minute cookie ("xt_p"). Sign-in codes are stored only as a one-way hash.

Security: the IP address of sign-in attempts, to stop abuse, deleted after 24 hours; the web server's access log (IP address, page, browser) kept for a short time.

Where you came from when you signed up: the tag of the link you followed, or the site that sent you, kept with your account so that we know which links work.

Your browser keeps your theme and period choices itself (local storage); they are not sent to us. It also keeps that tag until you sign up.

What we do not do

No advertising, no outside trackers or analytics scripts, no selling or sharing of your data for marketing.

Who else is involved

Our server in the EU hosts the site and the accounts. Resend sends our emails (sign-in codes and account messages). Telegram carries our bot's messages (sign-in and account messages). The payment provider you choose - Whop for cards, NOWPayments for crypto - handles your payment; we never see or store card numbers.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account at support@x-trades.live. Signing out deletes the session on our side.
