Simple and fair: your first payment back in full if you ask within 7 days.

Your first payment

Not happy with x-trades.live? Ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Write to support@x-trades.live from the email you signed in with, or tell us your Telegram username.

After that

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the month or year you paid for. We do not refund part of a period.

How the money comes back

A card payment goes back to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it. A crypto payment is sent back in the coin you paid with, to a wallet address you give us.

The free trial

The 7-day free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. If you pay during the trial, the trial ends and the 7 days above count from that payment.
